Responsibilities •Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
•Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry responses, insurance eligibility, and questions concerning billing and insurance policies
•Grow new business by generating a prospective client base via networking, asking for referrals, and other marketing strategies
•Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, continuing education, and monitor insurance portfolios to ensure mutual satisfaction
•Attend training and obtain relevant licenses in a timely manner
•Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
•Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims
•Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies
•Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
•Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
Qualifications •Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently
•Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (i.e., "People Person") and a sincere desire to help others
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
•Client service experience as a sales representative a plus
•Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred
•Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
•Skilled with Microsoft Office NYL - DFW
