Core Responsibilities:

• Install and fully support Xeikon Single Pass Inkjet presses , including ramp-up and operator training
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on-site
• Maintain accurate service records and manage parts effectively
• Proactively communicate with customers and ensure high service quality
• Complete administrative tasks and participate in ongoing technical training, including HQ programs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s Degree or higher preferred)
• Experience with equipment installation, electrical/mechanical repair, or similar fields
• Knowledge of industrial inkjet technology and prepress (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, physically fit for equipment installation and navigation in tight spaces
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, and email

Preferred Items:

• Experience with major equipment from HP, EFI, Fujifilm, Canon , etc.
• Support for industrial inkjet and prepress technologies
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Self-motivated and independent worker

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in equipment installation and troubleshooting in industrial settings
• Knowledgeable of inkjet technology and prepress processes
• Physically capable and agile for installation tasks
• Demonstrates independence, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills
