Start your journey with us: Starting Rate: $16.00 / hour Schedule: 1st Shift Full Time: 6am-2pm, Monday-Friday As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will be responsible for: Compiling store orders using a tablet or pick ticket, including item locations, descriptions, and required quantities. Collecting merchandise and ensuring it is properly placed into totes or boxes. Loading totes or boxes that may weigh up to 30-50 pounds while adhering to safe lifting techniques. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment by following established safety guidelines. Performing general housekeeping to keep work areas and aisles free of debris. Resolving routine problems as they arise in the distribution function. Aligning daily tasks with company-defined standard operating procedures to ensure best practices. Entering data to track the movement of merchandise and completing picking and packaging tasks. Cross-training in other warehouse responsibilities to enhance flexibility and skills. Required Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally with team assistance. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse setting. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
