What You’ll Do Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web applications Collaborate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders to align on goals and user needs Prototype and explore innovative design solutions while supporting ongoing feature development Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs Ensure high design quality through regular check-ins and design reviews Analyze user behavior and feedback to uncover insights and areas for improvement Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and UX best practices Contribute to team discussions, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio that spans mobile and web platforms Ability to translate complex problems into clear, elegant user flows and visuals Strong visual design skills—bonus points for experience in motion design or micro-interactions Solid understanding of UX principles and design patterns across devices and platforms Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure RP, LottieFiles, or similar Open to Fresh Graduate Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
