Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists to work at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Fort Morgan, Colorado. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,458 – $1,597 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Skilled Nursing Facility
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Colorado
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience in an SNF preferred
