Oure client, a powerhouse within the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a experienced Bioinformatics Scientist to join their team in Cambridge. This is a great opportunity to gain some valuable experience and get a foot in the door at a leader in the biopharma industry. Location: Onsite (Cambridge, MA) Key Responsibilities Acquire and query multi-omics datasets from public databases (e.g., GEO, GTEx, Ensembl). Conduct QC and analysis of bulk and single-cell RNA-seq data using tools like STAR, DESeq2, Seurat, and scanpy. Analyze spatial transcriptomics and proteomics data (e.g., MERFISH, OLINK, mass spectrometry). Integrate multi-omics data including expression, splicing, and genotype information. Document methods and results clearly and promptly. Qualifications Ph.D. in Genetics, Genomics, Computational Biology, or related field. 5+ years industry based experience in genetic data analysis. Strong grasp of statistical genetics and data integration techniques. Proficient in R, Python, Bash; familiar with HPC and AWS tools.
