• Prepare and examine tax accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Input information in software and review for accuracy
• Prepare tax returns ensuring adherence to quality requirements
• Time management of your day and tracking daily production
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Flexible with hours worked
• Use (GAAP) when preparing financial statements

• Licensed Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent preferred
• Previous experience in tax accounting preferred
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools (Drake/Lacerte/Quickbooks)
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective writing, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work with clients on a daily basis and be able to explain terms and facts clearly and logically
