To Apply for this Job Click Here Job Title : QA Tester Location : Hybrid Job-Type: Contract Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring well-rounded QA expertise across various testing phases, with hands-on experience working within complex, integrated technology environments. This role will support the modernization of enterprise applications including CRM, ERP, cloud, web, mobile, and telephony platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Functional Testing Validate application modules against defined business and technical requirements. Conduct functional testing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of system features. Log, track, and assist with resolution of any defects identified. 2. Regression Testing Ensure new features or changes do not negatively impact existing system functionalities. Re-test previously validated features and document regression results. 3. Integration Testing Verify accurate and seamless data flow across connected enterprise systems. Support integration scenarios involving CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), cloud, and telephony platforms. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues. 4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Partner with business stakeholders to define UAT test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Execute UAT cycles and gather feedback from end users. Document and escalate usability or functional issues for resolution. Top Technical Skills (Force Ranked): Skill #1: Microsoft Excel and Word Experience: Minimum 3 years (strong proficiency required) Use: Documenting test cases, tracking defects, and reporting metrics. Skill #2: QA Tools (QMetry, Jira, Confluence) Experience: Minimum 3 years Use: Test case management, bug tracking, and team collaboration. Skill #3: Software Testing (Functional, UAT, Integration, Regression) Experience: Minimum 3 years (well-rounded testing knowledge required) Priority Order: Functional > UAT > Integration > Regression Preferred Skills: CRM or ERP Systems Experience (Salesforce or SAP CRM preferred) Seeking candidates who have experience beyond just web application testing — ideal candidates will have tested core business systems such as CRM and ERP platforms. SAP Experience S/4HANA preferred Understanding of SAP modules and ability to validate financial and operational business logic Qualifications: 3+ years of overall QA experience (5+ preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience testing in cloud-based enterprise environments Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Employment Eligibility: Gravity cannot transfer nor sponsor a work visa for this position.
