Job Details

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in trust and estate planning
• LLM in Tax required
• Florida Bar admission required
• Experience from established mid-size or large law firm
• Strong academic credentials
• Experience with estate planning, trust administration, and tax matters
• Excellent client communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans focusing on wealth preservation and transfer
• Structure ownership arrangements for family businesses and closely-held entities
• Handle estate and trust administration matters
• Assist with tax planning strategies for individuals and family offices
• Work with high-net-worth clients on multi-generational planning
• Collaborate with firm's tax, corporate, and litigation teams
• Support family office services initiatives
• Participate in business succession planning
