What You'll Do:

Provide skilled nursing care including medication administration, g-tube, trach, and vent care
Follow individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and care teams
Monitor and document patient condition using electronic charting
Educate and support families in managing their child’s care
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

Active LPN or RN license
