Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Communications (MARCOM) Manager responsible for executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that support business growth, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement within the defense manufacturing sector.  U.S. citizen required and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Program Management, and Engineering to align communication efforts with market strategy.
  • Monitor competitive positioning and industry trends to inform messaging and content.
  • Create and manage the production of marketing collateral, white papers, technical datasheets, presentations, case studies, and trade show materials.
  • Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and other applicable regulations in all external communications.
  • Maintain consistent branding and voice across all platforms.
  • Oversee content for the corporate website, social media, email campaigns, and internal communication tools.
  • Manage SEO, analytics, and digital advertising campaigns to drive visibility and lead generation.
  • Coordinate participation in industry trade shows, customer events, and conferences.
  • Build relationships with media outlets, industry publications, and key stakeholders to enhance the company’s public profile.
  • Support employee engagement and executive communications through newsletters, announcements, and town halls.
  • Promote corporate initiatives related to compliance, safety, DE&I, and sustainability.

 

Qualifications

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle and ability to support proposal and capture teams.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, especially for technical and mission-focused audiences.
  • Experience with marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GovWin, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience marketing to agencies such as DoD, VA, DHS, or GSA.
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS implications for marketing and communication.

Experience: 5+ years of progressive MarCom experience, including at least 3 years in a role within a government contractor or federal services environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Security: U.S. citizen required and ability to obtain a security clearance.
