About the Role:

The Guest Service Agent - Reservations plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests from the moment they inquire about their stay. This position is responsible for managing reservations, providing accurate information about our services, and addressing any inquiries or concerns that guests may have. The agent will utilize various booking systems to process reservations efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure that guest preferences and special requests are met. Ultimately, the Guest Service Agent - Reservations contributes significantly to guest satisfaction and loyalty, which are vital for the success of our hospitality business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hotel reservation systems or property management software.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide detailed information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities to potential guests.
  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently using the hotel’s booking system.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations or accommodations.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure guest preferences are communicated and met.
