BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Collections Manager  for an opportunity in Phoenix, AZ 85040!

Position Title:  Collections Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85040

Anticipated Start Date: 07/14/2025

Job Type: Direct Hire-Permanent Role

Salary: 65k - 85k per annum

Job Type: Hybrid 3 days in office 2 days remote

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~10 collectors to meet performance goals and KPIs.

• Oversee daily operations, including work schedules, call strategies, and workflow optimization.

• Monitor and manage accounts escalated for repossession or legal action.

• Support team members with complex cases and provide guidance on effective collection techniques.

• Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency.

• Analyze performance reports to drive business results and team productivity.

• Ensure compliance with FDCPA and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive consumer information..

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

• Minimum 2 year of supervisory experience and 3–5 years in collections.

• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of skip tracing and legal collection processes.

• Familiarity with FDCPA and other relevant regulations.
